These Terms govern your use of Madnetic Strategy Creator(the “Service”), operated by Madnetic Marketing. By using the site or purchasing the product, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the Website

You agree to use the Service lawfully and not to interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or misuse the content generated for other users.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

3. Purchases & Refunds

The Service is a one-time digital purchase. Because all deliverables are generated and delivered immediately upon completing onboarding, sales are final and non-refundable once the strategy or content calendar has been generated. If you experience a technical issue that prevents delivery, contact us and we will make it right.

4. Intellectual Property

The site design, brand, logos, and underlying software are the property of Madnetic Marketing. The strategy, content calendar, and assets generated for your account are licensed to you for your own commercial and personal use. You may not resell or redistribute the Madnetic platform or templates as your own product.

5. AI-Generated Content

Strategy and content recommendations are generated with the help of AI based on the information you provide. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before publishing and for ensuring compliance with applicable laws, platform rules, and your industry’s regulations.

6. Third-Party Links & Services

The site may link to third-party platforms (Stripe, Google, social networks, etc.). We are not responsible for the content or practices of those third parties.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, Madnetic Marketing is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are used for abuse or fraud.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
